About this website
Local Name Studio presents domain names offered for acquisition. This website provides listing information and a way to contact the studio. It is not a domain registrar or a payment service.
Availability, prices and inquiries
Listings and prices may change. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We confirm availability, the acquisition price, any fees and the transaction method before an acquisition proceeds. An inquiry or offer does not reserve a domain or by itself create a sale agreement.
What you are buying
Unless expressly agreed in writing, an acquisition covers the domain name only. It does not include a website, hosting, email services, content, business assets or trademark rights. The acquisition price is a one-time charge; registrar renewal fees and other ongoing services are separate.
Payment and transaction terms
Some listings link to an external acquisition provider. Its checkout, payment, cancellation and dispute terms apply to that transaction. For a directly arranged acquisition, the payment method, fees, transfer steps and any refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
Transfers and your responsibilities
Transfers depend on registrar procedures, eligibility, verification and any applicable locks. No universal completion time is promised. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate account details, completing required actions and maintaining the registration after transfer, including renewals, security and contact information.
Your intended use
You are responsible for checking whether a domain suits your business and intended use, including relevant trademark rights and other legal requirements. A listing does not promise traffic, search rankings, revenue or a particular commercial result.
Third-party services
Registrars, payment providers and linked websites operate independently. Review their terms and fees before using them. Changes to DNS, hosting or email are separate from domain acquisition and should be coordinated with your provider.
Using this site
Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, misuse the inquiry form or submit information you have no right to share. These terms may be updated; transaction-specific written agreements remain the reference for completed or agreed acquisitions.
